i have bad credit car loan?

i have not paid a car loan, that got repoed, i have a credit card that i need to pay off for 200 dollars, i have an unpaid apt that i moved out before paying the contract out for 4000$. i have a cell phone bill for 800$ i didn’t pay. All of these things happened about 6 years ago, and i was wondering, if i was going to buy a new car. How good would my chances be if i put 10 grand down as a down payment on a 25k car?
