I am trying to get approved for a new lease through chrysler the jeep is being sold to me for invoice which is @29k. We were denied under my wifes name today. No repos, she actually already has a Jeep through Chrysler and has never been late in over a year, and she is actually never late on any payments…I make the mortgage payments which are in her name and occassionaly they are late. I think the big problem is I was in a bad accident about 5 months ago. A month later I was told that it was a total..So I stopped making the payments. Needless to say it took the insurance company about 4 months to pay the damn car off which only happened like a few days ago. So for all I know that is showing on her report as a repo or default or who knows.

I can certainly afford the payment but they will not approve it. Please help, I really need to get this jeep ASAP.
